We do not use software translators, we use real people with real individual in-depth experience within each language we offer.
Our Chinese translator, for example, has 16 years' experience in the translation of scientific and other papers from Chinese to English. She also has a large network of native Chinese speakers whom she can call upon for advice on peculiarities within Chinese dialects that are essential to understand when communicating correctly.
